I’m pretty sure the walls are plaster and so the deep scan will be needed. I got a deep scan model with live electrical detection (Zircon e50). But, I’m not really experienced in building construction, so I was going to upload an image of the wall. (But, it seems I need to install Flash Player just to do that. I’m already planning on installing it shortly, so I’ll have to post the picture a bit later.) Good thing you mentioned regular stud finders don’t scan deep enough for plaster walls. However, after I got the deep scan one (but before opening it) I noticed in the fine print it says not recommended for use on lath and plaster. If that’s true, what the heck does it take for one you can use on plaster?

Part of the FastTrack Garage Organization System, the Utility Hook is great for storing ropes, extension cords and more. Its “soft grip’ coating protects it from nicks and scratches, and it holds up to 50 lbs. A locking gripper and push/pull lever make it easy to attach and adjust on the rail so you can create a customized garage storage system that can change as your storage needs change.
Broom has long been used as a tea in Europe for improved regulation of the circulation. This activity is related to the alkaloidal content, particularly sparteine. It possesses an antiarrhythmic property, based on its ability to inhibit the transport of sodium ions across the cell membrane. The alkaloid reduces overstimulation of the system that conducts the nerve impulse. Hence, impulses arising in the auricle are normalized. Sparteine extends diastole, but does not show a positive inotropic effect. With low blood pressure, this property can lead to normalization.
If you haven’t painted the locker yet, now is a good time. Install the doors. Start by nailing a scrap piece of wood in front of the opening so the top is 1-1/2 in. from the bottom of the locker. Drill pilot holes and attach heavy-duty door hinges to the top and bottom of both doors. Set both doors in place over the scrap lumber. Insert shims so the doors don’t pinch at the top and side, then attach the hinges to the door supports with screws (Photo 9). Add handles and a lock as desired.

The Built in sponge ringer does a good job at ringing out the middle of the sponge but the outside ends of the sponge are barely squeezed and seem to hold a lot of water leaving some pretty wet streaks. I’ve uploaded some product review picture showing the sponge in it’s normal squeezed position and another picture showing how you can squeeze it by hand to get even more water out. Also the bottom of the mop has a striped pattern that sometimes gets left on the floor in places where you lift the mop up( for instance, when you are done and raise the mop off the floor.) Overall, I’m still glad I bought it and will continue using it. I’ve only used it a couple times so far. Hopefully it will last.

The Zircon that I’ve had for 25+ years (Yes, I bought it before I went to work for Home Depot) went missing after a move. I purchased another one and subsequently found the original. Now I keep one upstairs and the other one downstairs because they come in so handy whenever we hang a picture, or another bike!

Finding a place to store your outdoor equipment can be a pain. Hoses don’t want to coil, lawn mowers take up too much space and who knows if it’s even possible to keep your child’s bicycle out of the driveway. If your garage, patio or other outdoor area is lacking storage space, it’s time to take the bull by the horns and make room for these otherwise out of place items. Here are a few outdoor storage options to help tidy up your space:
A deck box is a simple way to store toys, accessories and even tools and cleaning supplies. Most deck boxes are cased in weather-resistant wood, wicker or plastic so you can be sure they’ll hold up over time. A wooden or wicker style can even play right into your design style. Don’t let the name mislead you, these are great for patios, garages and even yards, too.

Spanish broom: Deciduous, summer to early spring. This species is considered somewhat less troublesome than the previous brooms. In its native range, stems and fibers are used to make baskets, mats, ropes, and paper. Flowers provide a yellow dye and an essential oil that is sometimes used in perfumery. Introduced from the Mediterranean region and Canary, Madeira, and Azores Islands.
The Superior Performance is an ideal solution for anyone on a budget. Using this option is simple, and it comes with an innovative, removable brush attachment that will get rid of most scuff marks and tough, stubborn stains.
I find it easiest to hang the bike from its front wheel on a single hook in the ceiling. The rear wheel area is the heaviest portion of the bike, and is the most stable when lifting. I support the bike with my right hand (I’m right handed) at the base of the saddle stem and guide the front wheel up by holding the wheel rim nearest the pedals.

To make a hearth broom, 28 heads of broomcorn are used for the inside layers of bristles and 17 heads for the outside layer. Each head is measured with a cubit (the distance between your elbow to your longest finger). Put the knuckle of the corn, the place where the head meets the stalk, at your elbow. If the bristles, or brush, are past the tip of your fingers, that stalk is a keeper. If the material is too short, it will be used for a whisk broom later.
Making a basket out of unused water is a creative idea. Not only this DIY hose basket looks unique but hold the tools and securely keep them on the wall. If you look around carefully, you can come up with your own storage solution like this.
Spanish broom: Stems often leafless, round in cross-section, finely ridged, glabrous. Leaves simple, sparse, ephemeral, linear to elliptic or lanceolate, 10-30 mm long. Upper surfaces glabrous. Lower surfaces covered with flattened short hairs. Stipules lacking.

Sponge mops provide better cleaning control than the bulkier string mops. The smaller head of the sponge mop is also better for cleaning small areas. It’s also easier to wring out sponge mops than string mops, which makes sponge mops better for damp mopping surfaces that shouldn’t get too wet, such as wood floors. Sponge mops may also be used to clean walls and ceilings or apply finishes. Lightweight, easy to use, versatile and inexpensive, this mop has a place in almost any household.
