After a long, wet winter, I was anxious to get out into the garden and get my hands dirty. But when I opened up the garden shed for the first time this spring, an avalanche of tools nearly knocked me out! I’ll be implementing some of these genius garden tool storage solutions to get that disaster under control, and help me stay organized through the entire gardening season.

Nobody on here posted about its usefulness cleaning and fluffing synthetic turf. It is fantastic. You have to work around all the different angles, but it gets the job done fairly quickly. Great value and it pays for itself the very first use.

1 x Wall Mounted Mop Umbrella Holder. Press it evenly for about 10 seconds to squeeze the air on the surface. Maximum load bearing 5KG. Paste it on a clean wall. Easy to use, do not hurt the wall. Carefully tear off the back of the protective film.

Professional dry mops consist of a flat sheet of microfiber textile or sheets with a surface of looped yarn, usually about 15 cm (6 in) wide, and comes in variable lengths (usually 30–100 cm (12–39 in)).

The zone system works well for keeping your garage organized. Instead of simply putting everything together on a shelf, create different zones based on what you use certain items for and how often. Frequently used things for instance, could go into the same zone. Larger items should be grouped together and so on. This will help you to keep everything in its place and ensure that you have a place for everything. Via: Easyclosets – 6 Garage Zones for Maximum Organization

Rubbermaid, as well as a few other companies, make systems that you can hang on the wall to organize tools, garden supplies and other items in the garage. You just mount the system and use hooks to hang things up. This is a great way to make more floor space in the garage and keep it well-organized at the same time. Via: Flickr

If you don’t already have a mud room, the garage is the perfect place to set one up. A few locker cabinets and some canvas totes give you the perfect place to keep jackets and muddy shoes from entering your home. You can set this system up just inside the garage door and save yourself from mopping every time someone comes in. Via: BHG – Cubbies for Kids

This magnetic tool bar reminds me of the magnetic knife holder used in kitchens; why not use one in the garage?! Instead of digging through a drawer, keep all of those tools (drill bits, screws, wrenches, nails, etc.) at an arm’s reach. No more digging through a drawer to find what you need!

Badger Ladder & Scaffold supplies roof brackets – both adjustable and non-adjustable, roof hooks, guard rail post holders and over plate hangers. Also, steel standoffs and fall protection harnesses for a safe working environment.

Organize your tools. Hunting for the shovel or a missing part for the lawn mower can take up even more time than the garden job itself. Set yourself up to be organized — and stay organized — with a storage system that works for you. This could be a garden shed, area of the garage for garden tools, or just pegs on the side of the house under the eaves.

Build a Dedicated StructureKeeping space for ventilation in mind, consider creating a dedicated structure to offer shade to a machine that may not be located in the best spot. Depending on your garden needs, this could even be incorporated with a place to store the lawnmower, hose, pool care supplies or other stuff. In this example a structure built on to the side of the house disguises the unit while also providing a spot for garden tools. – rmm3876195

I used this product after I washed my patio, and it did a great job washing down the patio off after I used my new Generac surface cleaner to power wash my patio, it washed down the dirt, moss, and the gunk that the surface cleaner lifted off the patio. I was truly impressed. It did what the gas powered broom and standard broom wouldn’t do.

I recommend purchasing or renting power brooms if you are wanting to be a successful synthetic turf contractor. There are multiple manufacturers of power brooms. Most power brooms are motorized and look like a “weed eater” with a brush head at the end. Shindaiwa and Stihl are my favorites.
